A similar post stated the deal expired on 19th October 2022, however that was for Australia.
This deal applies to the UK and expires 31st July 2023
6 months free with PS5 - people have success adding to existing trials.
3 months free with PS4 - I've not heard of success adding to existing trials, however most create a new Apple ID to take advantage. However you might not need to with such a long expiry date.
