sorted byThey are as good as any other provider, the service has been reliable and speeds constant.
Router is fine and get a signal throughout the house.
Im a serial switcher and when a contact ends, will shop around for my next deal, not leaving them because they are bad.
May be a good deal but the fact it’s an energy provider will probably cast a cloud over the offer.
They have some very good deals too, with cashback, etc if one does the relevant searches on MSE & other comparison sites.
Plus, if on certain Benefits, one can currently get some really good value for money Social Tariff rates moneysavingexpert.com/com…fs/ (edited)
Even then I complained by Resolver and it was dealt with quickly. They even gave me £30 compensation.
