£33 delivered is a lot cheaper than a new pair.

Buy the frames then go to a specialist lens provider who can do Oakley frames. I have used reglaze-glasses-direct.com/ for the last 7-8 years with no problems. May be worth checking with them on frames first of all.
I also got some new prizm lenses for another pair of Holbrooks for £41.20 with code OAKWEL10.
