    Only for the Big Mac, Fillet-o-Fish or Vegetable Deluxe. Not the McChicken Sandwich for example.

    I notice the £1.99 vouchers are no longer being printed in the Metro. Although I have a few left over from when they were.

    They normally stop in December. Besides, the Big Mac is no longer on these vouchers.

    Despite what is said above it is possible to get a Quarter Pounder or a Chicken Sandwich when you redeem the £1.99 mcdfoodforthough feedback voucher.

    When redeeming the voucher at a counter or drive through simply ask if you can change the burger, I have ALWAYS been offered a QP and CS, so it's worth asking if you would like one too.

    Here is proof for the Quarter Pounder and the Chicken Sandwich, and I hope this helps someone.

    I always do this - even if I haven’t done the survey they never check. My local doesn’t even take the actual receipt.

    Also I’ve had filet of fish with it too.

    I bet you could get 6 nuggets but never tried it

    A few old Metro & WHS vouchers in my wallet but they've not asked for the voucher for ages.

    I agree Five Guys is better but you can’t get anywhere close to £1.99 for burger and fries from there.

    Get the £1.99 BigMac Food for thoughts offer, and then customise it, by adding all the free extras. That will look closer to what they display. But I agree the burgers seem to taste more bland, and seem the have thinner patties.

    My order took a while to make the other day as I believe they had to wait for the chips so both of the small burgers were cold when the order was complete so I sent them back and eat my chips so they didn't get cold, when the replacement burgers arrived at my table they were hardly warm and in fact the cheese was on the small cheese burger was firm and cold as the burger wasn't warm enough to make it melt! This does seem to be a common theme in McDonalds and has been for years.I sent something back a while ago saying that it was cold but the lady said it shouldn't be it's been freshly made,I was sitting down at the table and said well it is cold and I've only just been served it
