It's not the season for lawnmowers, but that's probably why it's so cheap.
Einhell reduced the price to £299.95 both at their Amazon and eBay shops. eBay also has the 15% off coupon so the final price is even better. It comes with a 18V Einhell battery which can also be used for other Einhell power tools.

    So it's not self charging?
Can't imagine it'd get far on one 2.5Ah battery or even a 4Ah.

Yes it is self charging- they return to the base unit to charge and they stay there when not cutting

    Does it collect the grass?

No. They are all mulching mowers. Which means they run regularly resulting in only small clippings of the grass which then just mulch/Biodegrade into the soil. This has two benefits. 1. You don't need to store/dispose of the grass some. 2. It naturally fertilises the soil. My grass looks so much better/Greener than it used to. It also handled the very hot season we had last summer much better than my neighbours. In the manual they say that the first cut of the season you should do with a normal mower But I never do- these cut it fine it's just you end up with longer grass cuttings for that cut which are visible but they mulch after a couple of cuts.

Until they become gps controlled without the wire, too much effort.

It's really not much effort. It took me an hour to do my lawn and so far it's lasted five years with only a couple of breakages early on which are easy to fix with connectors. Then you have pretty much hasslefree mowing with barely any effort (occasionally the robot might get stuck If there is a stick in the garden etc).

Nice one! Been looking for a robotic lawnmower for my Dad. This looks decent and almost half normal price. I've got a few Einhell tools, so if my Dad wants to borrow any of them he can use the battery out of his lawnmower.
