Id be all over this if it was from somewhere i'd heard of before. No idea what Ballicom are like and what the returns process would involve should the memory be bad .

They sound like a cheap Irish Bailey's knock off that you'd find in Lidl or Aldi but I've seen them mentioned many times on HotUKDeals.

For what it's worth (not a lot should be called untrustworthypilot as the reviews can be manipulated) here are some probably genuine reviews from customers >

Is there some issue I should be aware of about mixing ram sizes? I have 16gb and feel it’s not enough, this is certainly overkill going by the comments above but want to know what the chat is. Thanks

The slowest set will be the fastest you can use. 2 sticks is usually better than 4.

Is this better memory than Corsair Vengeance 3200 C16? £50 for 16G?

Or indeed the 16G version of this furry beast, for £45.76? (edited)

    This is 64GB (4x what you've posted and £50 cheaper if buying 4x 16GB)

Its better in the sense of you get 4x the memory. Also this is a good option because it is 32gb sticks which aren't that common at this price. This means you only need 2 slots and could add more in future in most boards (although the vast majority of users are unlikely to benefit from more than 64gb any time soon)

This!!! For itx owners this is a decent proposition!
  6. fastcarmaniac's avatar
tempted as I have two free slots, but already have 32gb of the same ram (16gb x 2)
    fishmaster's avatar
Buy if you need and can use the RAM, don't buy if you can't use it. 32GB is fine for any gaming currently. For productivity the limit is the workload you're running. Here's some examples of people who can and do need 128GB of RAM and what their workload is >
