Very well regarded OLED TV which has a great out-of-the box picture. Cheapest it has been. I beleive it's a John Lewis exclusive, so you will not find it for sale elsewhere. Below is some blurb form the excellent AV forusm.

The LZ1000 is Panasonic's mid-range 4K OLED TV for 2022 and features a Master OLED Panel plus a new light sensor that works in tandem with the HCX Pro AI processor to detect the ambient light colour temperature and adjust each tone individually - advanced intelligent sensing. Auto AI mode detects content type and automatically optimises the image. The Cinema Surround Pro sound system and audio processing deliver Dolby Atmos audio. Muti format HDR support includes HDR10+ Adaptive, Dolby Vision and HLG, plus Dolby Vision IQ is on board for image optimisation in any ambient lighting condition. Game Mode Extreme supports AMD FreeSync Premium plus HDMI 2.1 with High Frame Rates (HFR) and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) at 120Hz, while Game Control Board allows easy access to game settings. The swivel stand allows the TV to rotate slightly for improved viewing angles and there's also Filmmaker Mode, Netflix Adaptive Calibrated Mode, support for Google Assistant and Alexa voice assistants and the myHomeScreen 7.0 smart OS.

Better or worse than a C2?
    James_Harking's avatar
The reason to get a C2 is if you really need 4* hdmi 2.1 sockets and 120 Hz Dolby Vision gaming, even thought that is a tiny amount of games currently. The C2 has no HDR10+ support if that's important to you. (edited)

Higher end Panasonic tvs, have always been extremely hard to beat. Mines a 3 YR old Thx 65 INCH OLED and everyone who sees it always comments how awesome it is, and it still has the protector film covering the screen!

I've hit the button on this one, as the Sony A75K deals appear DOA. Fingers crossed it's a decent piece of kit!

You have done well. This is equivalent to the Sony A80K.

    This has the heat sink?

Happy to be corrected, but in previous years it's only been models with the Master OLED Pro panel (the brighter one) that have the heatsink, so the 1500 and 2000 since the JZ series.

This supports both HDR10+ and dolby vision. Nice.

I had a look at this 55" version in store today. I honestly thought it matched the LG C2.

Need LGC2 for this price. I hope the prices will go down. I have not seen a good deal lately.
