sorted byThe handheld suction is awful. I have practically been sent 3 new machines with the various replacement parts they've sent out after complaining about the issue. But still, the same issue persists. The upright is decent, works ok on hard floors and carpets are ok at best but God forbid you try and hoover a rug or a mat !! For the money and the other options currently on the market I'd look elsewhere. (edited)
I have both these Hoover's......and another K9 in our caravan.
Both are brilliant. We had new carpets fitted a year ago and they still look brand new.
We also have a big hairy dog and it's so quick, easy and convenient.
The bundle did come with spare filters and I added a couple extra at point if purchase.
Personally for me, these are brilliant.But as another person said, each to thier own. (edited)
Only issue is if you leave them on charge for more than four hours, then it impacts battery health, but GTech will replace it no issues.
