Anyone know if you're supposed to send in the charger too for the trade in? Couldn't find any info. Seems like you only send in the old smart watch?

I just went to the store and I was told that the charger is required or they won't accept the trade-in.

So is it additional £100 ontop of your trade in Value (just did my Galaxy Watch 4 and it says estimate £70) but additional £100 if i buy watch, so total is £170 or max £100?? it doesnt make it clear in the t&cs (edited)

Ive done the trade in via online. Will be sending it off tomorrow. From what ive gathered, once the engineers receive the watch, they will then xfer 100 via bacs.

So for now, i just order the watch, use the samperk75 to take it down. Which then il be receiving a 100 to my bank account.

My only concern is, how do they actually know youre buying the watch?

5) Currys sent you £100 via original payment method? With this if you pay with discount vouchers (through work schemes) will you only get a Currys gift card for the £100

I bought at £254 discounted by £75 using the code provided, collected Tuesday from local store. Went to same store today with a honor band 5 thinking they would so no, however walked away with a £101 e-card so if all else fails go to store as long as you don't mind an e-card (edited)

Just had an email (genuine) from Currys Trade-In team, cashback of £124 is on its way by BACS! Posted the trade in watch on Friday 10th, received by Currys on Monday 13th, email came today just minutes ago. £379, less £75 code, less £124 trade-in, total of £180 for the LTE version! Bargain.

I had not advised Currys of my watch5 order number but they obviously checked their system.

EDIT: BACS payment received today, 17th Feb.

This offer is decent but, to be honest, not great. It is a grabbing headline until you visit the trade-in page. To get the £100, you will need to trade in a nearly new working reputable smartwatch model. As an example, if you trade in a Galaxy Watch 4 40mm GPS that is working, you get £45, if it is working but with cosmetic damage, you get £10 and if it does not turn on, they don't accept. Also, they don't accept smart bands of any kind so don't get any ideas

My original galaxy watch 42mm trade in value is 15. You then select the offer below which is 100 trade in value to the Samsung watch 5. Just has to be in working order (edited)
