sorted byI'm sending in an old Motorola Android, powers up etc but I had selected any broken phone
1. If you have trade in use this voucher code S23BOOST
Code applies £100 discount (on top of trade in discount) to S23/S23+, and £150 to S23 Ultra
Works only on main site and applies to the full S23 range, no exclusions.
2. No Trade In use this voucher code S23SAVE
Code for non-trade in customers only
Code applies £100 discount to S23/S23+, and £150 to S23 Ultra
Main Site only currently
Applies to the full S23 range, no exclusions
Hope this helps
What if I returned the case, what happens with the 10% discount on the whole order total?
I mean this is the same for anyone who budndled with any accessory. How would the price difference be made up?
Just sell the case on eBay, if you take a small hit on it so be it as you still saved lots more on the phone discount
Now I'm worried
Does anyone have any experience with them trading in?
The main issue with the review sites is that mainly only bad reviews are left (no-one posts if they have a positive experience) - there are about 70 reviews on trust pilot but they must have dealt with many thousands of trade ins, so my hope would be that a very small percentage have a bad experience but the majority will be fine. Maybe someone can help regards to the trade-in. I have a small ink leak (hardly noticeable when in use) on my note 10 plus which I would like to trade in for the s23 ultra. When going through the checks on the page 'Is your device in good condition?' It does not mention ink bleeds or ink blots but the following instead:
It seems it should be fine, but has anyone had any experience with this before? Going to be a bummer if the phone becomes devalued even more.
Thanks
For anybody concerned about this deal ending, the one on Amazon gives you basically the same price, albeit very differently. **Please correct me if I'm wrong**
Amazon £150 discount/512Gb upgrade, free Galaxy Buds2 (on sale for £79 until recently), £150 trade-in bonus on a much more limited selection of phones (to Gift Card instead of cash). 1249 - £150 - £79 - £150 = £870 in value.
Samsung gives you £150 trade-in bonus for literally any barely working phone, plus a big discount for the accessory bundle cheat, ending at around £870 again, but all cash. Possibly £36 in TopCashback but it'll probably be refused.
For about the same price, Amazon give you an extra year's warranty while Samsung give you more choice of colours and 1 month of accidental damage cover. I'll leave it up to you whose Customer Service you think would be better.
So if you actually want the Buds2, and would spend £150+ on Amazon, AND your phone is in their accepted trade-in models, arguably it's the better deal anyway. The offer is open to everyone too. (edited)

The Galaxy S23 Ultra shutter lag can be fixed easily but could impact picture quality
I have noticed that it affects the quality heavily in the low light. Normal lighting is fine.
22/02/2023 - Sent phone using Royal Mail’s special next day delivery.
23/02/2023 - Phone got delivered.
27/02/2023 - I didn’t got automated acknowledgment of delivered phone so I asked support using the email and they confirmed that they have the phone.
01/03/2023 - Got automated order completed email from Samsung.
Hope this helps .
A video to help.

2. After the page loads click on Samsung on left hand side top of the page
3. the page loads with a blue banner at the top of the page
4. If it doesn't appear clear your browsing history including cookies.
5. This will add 150 discount directly to your item when you click pre order on the banner
6. Add in the trade in phone details
7. after that choose the additional items in the list provided
OK what I did as I was annoyed no codes were working is to go online chat (sale part) and say I have a code, but it doesn't work, but I really want to pre-order the Ultra 23, and he said no problem. Asked me what colour I wanted and what size, and sent me a link to the basket with a code applied. And now I didn't check out, i just copied the code and have kept it for when I want to use it.
Bob's your uncle
Can't stack codes, no more reduction with an accesory, and the discount codes still don't work.
I assume there is some science behind this. With previous phones I've always just gone to 100% and never really noticed the battery life being affected but I generally change phone every couple of years.
Pro: very good on fingerprint login.
Not easy to get fingerprints on the surface.
Easy to apply if you carefully watch the Samsung video.
