    See the previous comment. There's at least 4 of us in this situation. They send email to confirm basic trade in (£12 in my case) and say they will be in touch in next 24h if you qualify for the promotion. They didn't get in touch in that time and also before there was no mention on a condition to qualify. Starts to smell like rip off.
    I ordered my phone on the 9th March, DPD lost it and there is still no information on replacement so I will likely cancel this anyway and demand my phone back. Not selling a good S8 for 12 quid lol

    I got a similar deal a couple of months ago. Just beware, I sent in a very good Samsung S10 which they offered me £90 for, i could see they had received it via Royal mail tracking. They advertised that they would send the money 2 days after receiving the phone. 14 days later I rang then. Held for approx 45 minutes. They told me it was worth 20. I asked for it to be returned as I would sell it elsewhere. Six days later, they have paid £20 to my account.
    They are very, very difficult to deal with.

    Always the same with trading ur phone in, when I traded in my pixel 6 when I bought my pixel 7 pro with Google, they said, because of very slight screen burn in, it had 0 value... The screen burn isn't even noticeable, as it's where the wifi icon is... Thankfully they sent me the phone back.

    You gotta have a pretty old phone for this, the newest iPhone they accept is the 6s and many modern android headsets aren't even eligible for trade in :/

    If you add to basket you go to checkout it lets you select a trade in device. Many HTC headsets there but none that are antique. It's a very strange trade in program since, they only accept upto an iPhone 6s or galaxy s7 good deal if you have one of those old phones laying around

    Just fired up my HTC one m7 and everything is fine but the camera has a funny pink tint. Means I cant sell it..but it does give me the option to recycle. Does this mean I will get the enhanced trade in?

    I am wary of getting both the enhanced trade in of £200 plus as well as the tcb cash back.
    If I thought there was a decent chance I’d go for it but without this I don’t know and may wait to see if there any any Xiaomi 13 pro deals when it comes out here finally or going with the Oneplus.

    Coming to the end of my Vodafone contract which I took out for a Pixel 5 with cashback. I traded that in to Google last summer for a 6 Pro with no issues, and also helped a friend with an S10 traded in for a Pixel 6a.

    Looking at this deal now as it seems best available, £205 for my Pixel 6 Pro + £200, then £150 cashback. So a Pixel 7 Pro for under £200 for 24 months assuming it all goes well.

    I assume they have been given an evaluation price of £205 for the pixel 6 pro. You them get an additional £200 enhancement i.e. total back is from trade would be £405.

    Otherwise if the total back from trade in is £205 then that doesn't sound right as the enhancement is £200 which would suggest the 6 pro was evaluated as being worth £5. (edited)

    You go through topcashback for £150 cashback, but also activate the £25 bonus on quidco. Together if they track thats £175

    OK have read so many conflicting answers on the trade in value for different phones. Can anyone (Mrswitch) confirm that if I trade in an iPhone 6 I will get £200 for it, as it shows as no value only for recycling? I have attached the blurb from CPW on trade ins and I am totally confused.

    For online, your promotional amount will be paid as a separate transaction once we have assessed you qualify for the promotion, your trade in device payment will be paid on receipt of the device. If the device is bent, broken into pieces or any of the internal parts are showing, it is classed as 'Beyond Economic Repair' or BER. A device that is BER or has ZERO value and cannot be traded in (edited)

    Does anyone know how to cancel the order? From start this is one big joke. Almost 2 weeks no sign of phone. DPD lost it and no chance to complain in anyway to CPW in writing, only by phone.
    I am going to cancek this as it's only a headache but even this doesn't seem doable online. Phone only and there's no trace I ever contacted them...
