Does anyone know the dimensions of this for my air fryer?

Beef joint cooks perfect in air fryer, if it fails its down to operator error (edited)

My mum boils the beef first then bakes. Makes it even more tender. Sounds strange I know but works. Typical northern Irish mum lol

Just bought two in-store.....they had the finest joints £7.50 kg clubcard price and the standard joints £6 kg clubcard price.49871613-3jnAL.jpg

Their "standard" beef joints are also on offer.....£12.00 per KG for £6.00 per KG with Clubcard, you can get bigger sizes in these.

    Are they any good?

I've bought them the past 3 years, both the standard and finest and they've been fine. I cook them in the slow cooker. Tbh I had a butchers joint (£34) and a Tesco's joint (£15 half price kg offer) at Christmas a couple of years back and there wasn't much difference at all.

Would these be good for pulled beef or is this good for roasting only?
    BattleBeast1's avatar
Straight out of the slow cooker they would be ideal for pulled beef as they just fall apart....For slicing I let them sit overnight / put in fridge to firm up again.
