    I took my nephews 8/10 to see this movie and it was great! I loved it for the nostalgia and they loved it cause it was a fun movie. Highly recommended!

    Guys, really?! Hopefully as adults here we can grasp that this movie is not trying to be "There will be blood" so doesn't need to be measured with such scrutiny It's Super Mario Bros, the movie. I'm not understanding the debate I'm seeing everywhere. Saw the movie yesterday and can confirm it is definitely Super Mario Bros the Movie! As advertised. It's fun from start to finish, incredible visuals, lots of nice references and "Easter eggs". It's going to be a classic within its class without a doubt, and future nostalgia for many kids! it ticks a lot of boxes. We all grew up loving these games and characters, so those with kids probably get a nice warm feeling seeing their own children into the same stuff. There was definitely a buzz at the cinema, lots of kids with Nintendo/Sega plush toys and costumes going *out* to watch a movie, I loved seeing the look on my son's face at certain moments during the film. That's good enough for me.

    Watched, enjoyed. It doesn't go the obvious direction in places, some cringe but overall a bloody decent movie. No Twomps is only my complaint.

    This movie was awesome. If you played and grew up with Mario it’s a real blast. So much fun. Highly recommend and very funny too.

    Such a great time.
