- AuthorFor money off vouchers yes, but not for an actual item.
The money off vouchers go in a separate box at checkout (when you add gift cards / payment card etc) whereas the promo codes are before checkout in the basket. (edited) 
I can't seem to get the telegraph offer to work in my basket?
You need to call CS and they will add it manually for you, even after you’ve made the order. I know because it’s what I did!
There is a known issue with the Dickens code - it ‘works’ then disappears from your basket. (edited)

I contacted lego support but they said the charles dickens set was sold out. Just a warning in case anyone is making an order hoping to get this set! (edited)Can confirm they have said the same to me.

Happy Days !! (edited)- I used the charles dicken promo code, had the same issues as many people where it disappears. I contacted the live chat and they said it'll be added to the order HOWEVER I also contacted the customer service by mail and they said it was a promo back in 2020 (which I know it was) and they have no stock. I guess we'll see what turns up
[EDIT] It didn't turn up HOWEVER I called customer service this time and they said it will be sent separately. They then sent an email explaining how the 40410 set couldn't originally be added to the order because I already had 2 GWP. Hope this helps! (edited)
My order arrived today including the Charles Dickens set, strange how some got it and some never, fingers crossed yours arrives too - Just had the Groupon reward come through.
Just tried to use the Metro code, no luck, and CS basically said “tough titties”. Said that Metro isn’t even a linked affiliate, as if they shouldn’t even be giving out codes

- The telegraph code will likely add but show as a voucher. However as mentioned by others, place the order as normal and then call or chat with CS and they will add the product manually.
I tried the Telegraph offer by clicking the copy button and it failed repeatedly. I manually copied it and it worked first time. Dunno what the problem was.
Shame it won't work with other offers as I really want to use some VIP points to get a fleece blanket.the fleece blanket is great

I spoke to customer services and the Telegraph is advertising this when they have no stock. They did offer to swap it for VIP points or any gift up to £19.99 which is very reasonable I think

Comes Up With This Message When Trying To Order The Chsrles Dickens Promo.i typed the code in manually and item was added to basket, then it disappeared when i went to checkout. called them placed the order whilst on the phone and they have added it in . was simple. Great customer service- Has anyone else here managed to find the Student Beans code? The link already posted in the comments just takes you to the homepage.

Metro code doesn't work for me either. It removes it after going to payment page. 😩 
My Charles Dickens set turned up yesterday. I gave Customers Services a call on Friday as mine disappeared too when I ordered the A Frame Cabin.- AuthorLast hour and bit for this offer, I believe there is a quite period of no freebies between now and May 4th promos form 1st May.
Go via this link £15 back on £75 spend make sure you keep screenshots and all emails as if they don't automatically pay out then you will need it in 90 days..
