I'm soooo confused re phones right now!

Around £300 is this the best bang for buck?

Heavy user of phone but don't ever game, want decent but don't need outstanding camera

Happy to buy a refurb from somewhere reputable, been scouring ebay with today being the last day for voucher and getting myself more and more confused!

At the moment this is one of top 3 best "value for your money" phones in this price bracket. If you don't need "flagship" features like wireless charging , then there is no need to spend 3x more. This has a great screen, superb battery life, years of software support and a Samsung badge.
If you can get a decent priced Pixel 6a, that would also be a good choice, especially if you like a smaller phone (hence smaller battery, which needs less juice to support that smaller screen)

Bit misleading, you can't get this deal unless you have a EPP account so the priice should be £299

Not misleading for those who have

    Totum
    Student beans
    Unidays
    Sodexo
    EPP
    Reward Gateway
    Perks at work

    + many more 🏿

Bit of general phone advice if anyone has a sec, my daughter has a Galaxy A40 which has recently died, I think it's the screen that's gone. I was going to get her an A34 as a replacement which I can get on contract for a good price but looking at the specs, it's giant compared to her A40. Are there any options for a smaller phone these days, Samsung only seem to do >6.4" phone and unless you go with Apple then I'm not sure what the options are. Any recommendations welcome, thanks!

Maybe look at the pixel 6a, very low contract deals currently, also, if sim free, the asus zenfone 8 / 9 are good options, but a lot pricier than the 6a

Nice price, good discount and not a lot between this and the A54 from what I've seen.

Morning mate, I think the A54 with any trade in is £304.10 on Samsung EPP, not sure it's worth the extra £40 like you say, this is a pretty good phone with good storage for £269

    That's great shout! Thank you

Any one know strict they are? It says has to power up and hold charge.

I've got a couple of old ones but the power buttons are very temperamental, definitely turns on but might take a while! And have to press hard or just the right angle...

Showing as £314 on perks at work? Am I missing something?

Scratch that, it's the 256gb one, my mistake (edited)

Don't have EPP or student access, but found one of those 10% off referral codes on Twitter and traded in "any condition" old Samsung something for £50, £224.10 total.

Not too shabby for 256GB and for someone who just needs a simple phone. (edited)

Great price, just really want the A54 to similarly fall. There's not much between the two but I really want an eSIM phone for travel...

What's the advantage of e-sim over the dual sim of the A34?

I have a Samsung a52s, would this be an upgrade?

Or would the Samsung a54 be better?
