Jet 90 is only £189 with trade-in on the Samsung website. Cheapest I’ve seen it.

The £100 trade in discount is for any old vacuum, as far as I’m aware it doesn’t even need to work.

Not sure if it works on Samsung EPP as I don’t have that

I hardly post so sorry if anything is missing! Thanks

They don't work - I tried to hoover up a dog with one of these and the nozzle is not big enough. If you had a really small dog like the size of an ant - maybe.

Just ordered with trade in. Does anyone know how the trade in works?
It looks like it will be delivered by DPD, do they just take the old one away when they hand over the new one? Thanks

I did a trade in for a dryer few months back, direct purchase from samsung. The delivery guys themselves took the old item. The item doesn';t have to be in working condition.

Yeah, no trade-in available with the epp unfortunately. Still a nice deal though! (edited)

Thanks OP- bought. Have the samsung robot vacuum which is great on the hard floors and needed to get something to replace a broken dyson for the carpets

I hate the charger . Unless you get the charging station accessory while costs same as the vacuum itself. Accessories very expensive and no after market compatible one like Dyson .

With the cost of postage you have to wonder whats the point of a trade in better to just knock £100 off

Probably some government incentive scheme, ridding the streets of these power hungry vacuums.

Might be worth checking back. When I was looking at ordering a fridge from their website a few weeks back it was in and out of stock multiple times over the course of a few days before I got around to ordering

I've currently got the bespoke jet and it's absolutely rubbish in terms of battery life (claims 60 mins, which is nowhere close to what you actually get even at the mildest setting) and on first use roller head stopped spinning and keeps telling me something is stuck.. on checking there are 3 strands of hair... useless for £360 from Costco... packed ready to go back... disappointed as it had amazing reviews and I love the weight and the short moments it worked... sucks I might have to invest in a dyson

I recently purchased a Bespoke Jet too, but sent it back this week before even opening. A lot of the reviews are of free products sent to users to test, or incentivised reviews. If you filter through these to actual genuine reviews, there's a lot of complaints about build quality, battery life, and extremely poor customer service from Samsung. I'm either going to get a Dyson cordless, as from personal experience their customer service is great, or just pick up a corded vacuum to go alongside my robot vacuum.
