I appreciate you can make a usb connection from the cig lighter socket, I was just curious (edited)
Bought something similar from ebay (not this make or model) and audio was mono and crackly quality
Better still, it would be better with a headphone socket, so you could use any 3.5nm to 3.5mm cable.
For me, one of the very short cables that come with many battery powered speakers would suffice.
