Go via LNER Perks (free to sign up) (using the LNER app) and sign up for a 30-day free trial of Les Mills. After the free trial, allow one month's payment at £8.70 and within 30 days you'll be able to claim a £40 Amazon voucher - effectively a £40 Amazon voucher for less than a tenner.

Anyone not received the £40, please follow these steps to get it:

Check your email here: my.promotionvault.com/

If it says email is not recognised then there is an option to submit a ticket at the bottom.

Choose a retailer as Les Mills and explain that you have been trying to register your reward during your trial and after the first payment but struggling.

Also, mention that you are based in UK and reward amount as 40.

They will eventually resolve it in 48 hours.

I managed to redeem mine this morning.

Good info, but I'm just gonna give it a couple of days though.

My payment date was 7th May, and it says in the terms "please allow 7 days" from your payment to receive your email with instructions about claiming the giftcard.

Don't see any reason to chase them yet, but if I haven't received by the 14th then I'll follow your process. Thanks.

I have emailed the support desk at Les Mills to question the discrepancy in dates as LNER has 14th April and will post here once I have a response.

Well this was my email and response below so looks like they will honour it.

Hi, I signed up to your 30 day free trial from the promotion on the LNER app on 7th April. The LNER app states that the promotion for the £40 amazon gift card runs until 14th April 2023 and the offer appears to still be running on your website but your gift card terms and conditions state the promotion ends 31st March 2023 which was after I signed up. Can I check that I will still be eligible for this offer please? Thanks.

You aren't getting any £40 gift card.

There's no mention of it on the retailer site and the terms there state the offer isn't even currently running.

The whole "while stocks last" jargon needs to be outlawed- it's bait and switch, as they can claim they only ever had one in stock. Pretty sure when I lived in the States, they got around to banning such phrases unless they state how many are in stock to start with and are quick to remove promotion once stock is depleted. I don't know what body looks into such things here, but if they don't honour this deal, I'll be getting in touch.

Remember, "...Or while stocks last" per their terms could definitely result in an *extension* to the validity period, not just a contraction of it.

There's a banner on the subscription price when you sign up. There's a dedicated offer in the LNER app.

I'd say that they're certainly implying (at the very least) that their stock of vouchers has lasted, and the terms don't actually state that this offer expired on 31st March.

Logged into my account as traveling this weekend and offer is there in my LNER signed up and t&c confirm OPs post just need to wait 7 days after your subscription is renewed to receive an email. Explaining how to claim the £40 amazon voucher

Abit of a bonus for me, I contacted LNER as I hadn't got my voucher. they were unaware of the promotion and as a goodwill they applied £40 credit for future rail journeys. Then a couple days later, my voucher came through. I kind feel guilty now xD
