Not one of the vegetarian/ vegan friendly flavours for those that look for that.

    They are halal though apparently

Oreo bar is unreal. Up there with the best I've had. (edited)

I'm not vegetarian, but like to know what part of an animal I'm eating - Bovine Collagen Hydrolysate is too vague. Plus amazon is yet again not giving the nutritional info. Manufacturer website states 17g of Polyols per bar - 28%. Enough to give me gut ache.

Great price, these have replaced the Salted Caramel flavour as the absolute daddies in the range.

The skinny Co protein bars are £10 for a 12 box and just as nice, just slightly less protein
    iAmLegend_94's avatar
Not bad 12g a little on the low side though.

There is no crisis, if people still paying more than £1 per bar xD Soon they will be £40 and go down to £26+ and people will vote hot.

I’ve been a fan of their bars for a while, particularly their original and for best best flavour Caramel Chaos which if anyone is a regular buyer will know they totally cheapened and ruined around 6 months ago or so to a bland vanilla flavour with 50% more polyols and less protein.

Their marketing is excellent, particularly for this bar but having bought a box of Oreo on Amazon recently, I’m even more impressed by their marketing and social media influencers as the bar’s flavour does not match the hype! What impresses me even more is that the marketing is so good, there are zero googleable bad reviews, when asking people in person I get similar feedback to mine “edible, fine but not ground breaking”.

Lastly it is worth noting that not all their bars, and other popular protein bar brands have the same nutritionals across all flavours. This one is like their more “chocolatey” varieties with almost 6g saturated fat. Something to consider.

if anyone has got this far on this post, I recommend trying the fulfil peanut and caramel bars as a potential alternative. (edited)

I like them, but recently gone for the Nicks Peanut and Fudge. Lovely stuff.

I’ve missed having Grenade bars, too expensive but this offer is alright, especially on other flavours. Thanks
  26. Sebastian_Paddock's avatar
These have palm oil in if anyone gives a crap
  27. iAmLegend_94's avatar
How is this hot? This is standard expensive prices
    Jurg's avatar
Because for some reason people are convinced that 20g of protein for £1.66 is good value. When they could just buy 400g of chicken from aldi (with no artificial crap) and eat 100g and get 27g of protein for about 75p.

    Consumer mentality at play. (edited)

Ordered selection box for £14.79 with S&S, gotta love it
  35. EvoFq3o0's avatar
Recipe changed on these so they aren't as nice as they used to be, still ok but a chemical taste now.

You can tell by the top of the bar, the ones manufactured in 2022 are nice with a smooth top, the ones from March 2023 aren't as nice with a bumpy top.

    For anyone that cares
  36. Argyll68's avatar
I ordered the Dark Chocolate Raspberry for £13.97
  37. Brunt87's avatar
Ridiculously tasty these. Not stodgy at all like a lot of protein bars
  38. DDP_DDP's avatar
Or you could just eat real food with protein ?
your workout will be just burning off this chocolate bar..
