Also Rtings is such a good review site. Actual proper testing of everything instead of just a reviewer using words which have no proper meaning and no proper testing.
Use the medium setting the majority of the time and the battery has plenty of charge to do the whole house (standard 3 bed semi). I chose it because it scored good results on high pile carpet and had just got new carpet laid which is very thick. Couldn't be happier with it tbh. I don't feel it needs a 2nd battery unless you live in a very large house in which case you can likely afford one of the better models anyway.
Also... The clean station is very nice to have if you can get it at a good discount

Does anyone know if I need to prepare all the accessories (e.g. brush nozzles) for the old one I'm recycling? Just asking as I'm not sure if I have all of them.
On a different note, just received mine, it looks quite nice and futuristic and good value for price but the build quality, plastics used and design (especially the dustbin disposal system) is a country mile behind the Dyson V10.
As to the second battery, I bought my Beldray for same money with 2 batteries and I am actually quite happy with it. I don't use the second battery a lot and could have done without. It's actually a hassle to remember using the second battery from time to time, so it doesn't "go off". (edited)
Traded in my broken Vax cordless
The negative with this one is the low battery life on Max power. (edited)
Not sure what people on here are doing with their vacuums lol. Don't need to do all the house at once either. Do half a day, like upstairs one day, downstairs the next.
I take it the trade in vacuum doesn't actually need to work properly? Because at £120 this would be a bargain.
Battery life has remained the same since owning it but to be honest with only 2 people living in the house, I only find that I need to vacuum once every week to once every couple of weeks so that would mean since August 2022 I've probably only used it 30 times at most
