    Got a used very good for an extra 50p that looks like it's just a damaged box. Not fussed if the tips are missing as I use foam tips rather than the silicone ones that will come with it.

    Chances are you’ll receive a pair that have a depleted battery and won’t charge which is why they have been returned beforehand. If you’re lucky enough to get a pair that do work then the battery’s are almost 4 years old and will last max 2 hours.

    Honestly not worth the hassle as cheap are they may look there’s a reason why they have so many

    This is a very good price. The sound quality between xm3 and xm4 is small, however the xm3 are whoppers and for many people will be difficult to get a good ear fit that stays in place. They also pick up wind noise much more than the Xm4’s especially if you’ve had baked beans for lunch

    Received my order. Box, buds and contents are as new. No marks on case. All tips look unused. Forgotten how ridiculously big the case is, having owned these before I upgraded to the XM4's.

    Charging them. Hopefully the battery is good before I can celebrate winning the Amazon Warehouse lottery. (edited)

    Battery has been very good so far. Updated software this morning.

    Listened to them for over an hour yesterday and a couple of hours this morning. Battery went down to 70% on both occasions.

    Case still at 100%.

    Think the batch I bought from were like new as opposed to the usual beat up Amazon warehouse items. (edited)

    Bought 4 pairs for family and friends.
    Only one pair worked
    In Another 3 pairs one of the bud did not take charge(red led flickering).
    After opening the earbud and "and wake up" battery all sets works fine.
    Be prepare that these was lying long time in warehouse, and battery could become too flat for charge.

    Yeah, the one I received works fine, but the box was covered in a thick layer of dust and that's definitely a sign that it has been in the shelf for a very long time.

    Also had some accessories missing although I think description didn't mention that on this specific pair. Is there any way of checking it after delivery? Doesn't show up on invoice or anywhere else.

    Thanks OP, mine arrived yesterday. Description was 'some marks to accessories and damaged box'. Sure the box was a bit battered, but the headphones and accessories are in perfect condition. So far so good, they sound great!

    If it helps anyone, I have just received these from Amazon and everything is in like new condition. Not a single scratch or mark on the case or buds. Original box included along with all of the ear tips which were new. Everything works perfectly. Amazon had them down as USED VERY GOOD. I would say new condition.

    I bought the "used - very good" option for only a little more and the buds I recieved were in perfect condition, as if someone had used them once and decided they wernt for them. No wax, no scratches. Packaging was taped shut and a bit scuffed but that's about it. THANKS OP, brilliant set of phones - finally have a pair with good top and smooth bass

    I know I bought some jabra ones came covered in ear wax and they were meant to be like new. I complained and they gave them to me for free. I sold them fully disclosing the wax situation. So if these come used I'll send them back.

    Just be mindful that these type of earbuds batteries normally deplete quite rapidly after 2 years of continuous use. But at this price, that's acceptable. (edited)

    Took a punt a few weeks ago for £50, these headphones sound incredible, as good as earbud pros, great noise cancelling as long as you use the right tips, if they look used just by third party ones for cheap…Highly recommended!!!

    The battery loses charge and cannot be recharged without using an AA battery.

    I got mine used for around £70 about 2 months back and I'm quite happy with them. One pair of the ear tips had a tiny bit of wax on them, but 30 seconds with an alcohol wipe took care of that.

    Alcohol does not remove ear wax only disinfect the buds...soap warn water and lastly, alcohol.

    Great to hear others have received from the sounds of it in the same condition as I did.

    I sold my XM4's soon after buying due to the uncomfortable fit, so always regretted selling these.

    Received mine, condition is great, battery seems OK but there's zero noise cancelling on all modes! Tried updating firmware, factory resetting etc, nothing! Will be sending back unless anyone knows any tricks?

    The noise cancelling was/is massively over-hyped in most reviews. I was disappointed when I got mine. They can silence my dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine etc. They can cancel bass notes from the music in my gym. Which settings are you using in the app and have you selected the largest ear buds that your ears can accommodate - the fit is very important for passive noise isolation

    Mine arrived new except for no Charging cable. Sound quality is good, not exceptional, seemed comfortable until I'd taken them out and my ears ache.

    Honestly these are garbage, bought twice thinking I was unlucky with the first pair not pairing up then the second set say the battery is full then runs out after 30 mins! ridiculous! I've had longer lasting headphones from a cheap market years ago, exit stage left with these, more hassle than they are worth.
