I just got my AF400 new from Ninja for £161.
I initially ordered the wrong size, asked to return it and exchange for this one. They said not only can I return it, they'd also send the 9.5l out for no extra charge at the price I paid for the 7.6l! Great customer service.

I bought a refurbished model recently and they ran out of stock and sent a brand new model.

Perfect. I kept failing the official sites fraud check for some reason even when paying via my business account at PayPal. Ebay on the other hand works better and I can still use PayPal.
