Talk Home Mobile (EE) 8GB (Doubled to 16GB for first month) extra 1GB to port number 99p for first 3 months £8 thereafter

It was a toss up between these (because of being on EE) or TalkMobile (Voda network and very helpful over Twitter the last few days with my many questions!, plus 30gb for £8/month or 20gb for £8/month half price for the first 3 months) ordered a sim from both yesterday and they arrived today, in the meantime requesting my PAC on 4 sims with EE triggered them to call me a offer a half decent deal which I went for.

That title was a mouthful

They don't like you using a business email as contact. For the heck of testing I used KLM and it refused. It took 2 goes to accept a valid gmail.
It also refuses to accept virtual email addresses. So expect to be spammed because of the attitude of this company (edited)

At least more mvnos appearing on the EE side for cheaper options - so they are against 1p mobile I guess. Though i cant see anything to say if they offer wifi calling

worthwhile noting they are using the usual script readers based thousands of miles away

Their chat responses don't inspire confidence should I need them to resolve any issues.

I once had a nightmare time with Lycra as I couldn't get any incoming calls when my number was ported in. Took 2 months to resolve.

It takes 8 days to port in the number, had to contact them every day, no thanks
