    Just so people are aware, this is cheap for two reasons. It's a weight gainer, so it's mostly carbs. Also, the protein element is mostly soy.

    Either way, I'd avoid it.

    Ive use this many times. Mainly for mass gains. Its cheap and lots of calories. Not bad, not great. Good for getting BIGGER!
