sorted byBasically mineral-based are the best as they rarely enter the body (form a layer on the top) but if you inhale it (as a spray or powered/dried) you’ll be ingested zinc or titanium which is not very good for you at all.
The typical sun cream is jam packed full of harmful chemicals like Benzene and Octocrylene which are carcinogenic and are absorbed by the skin within minutes of application.
However, the risks are both are lower than the risks of sun damage.
Yet we are told to get 15mins of sun on our skin each day for Vitamin D…
