sorted byOn the plus side when I claimed under warranty they appear to have sent me brand new replacements rather than more refurbished, I think. So aside from the time spent getting them replaced I guess I have gained in a way.
Their customer service is pretty good and the returns process didn't cost me anything and was hassle free.
