I like Weber grills and I have this one. If you're tempted by the fancier models, what I'd say is they mostly add convenience and maybe a little flexability, but you're getting the same basic shape, materials and cooking experience from this more basic model. I've never been bothered about the ash system on this one for example, but the lid holder would be handy. The main cooking thing it lacks is the "GBS" which is the round cut-out in the grill surface that can be removed to fit Weber accessories. You could buy that later if you really wanted to, although official weber add-ons are pricey anway.

I should maybe add, I do 90% of my grilling on a gas BBQ now. I only get this out if I really want charcoal and/or to use a rotiserie attachment I have (which if I hadn't already bought it for the charcoal grill, I'd have bought for the gas grill instead).

I bought one a couple of years ago for 140 and still think that was a good deal.
I hadn't had a Weber before, but I've been really pleased with it as a nice-sized basic Weber BBQ.
I mentioned before on another deal that I think I could fairly easily clean mine up to like new (if I could be bothered, which is a different question). I'd have previously thought that crazy for a 2-year-old BBQ, which in my experience have rusted before I could even clean them!
