TBH the buds/adidas voucher probably worked out better
As mentioned above, I have gone for thr Graphite 500gb version, which bizarrely is actually working out £4.90 cheaper than the 256gb version in any other colour, despite obviously having more storage and RAM.
The above is on after my £380 S21 Ultra trade in. I believe this is a pricing error, although soonest delivery is 21st June. This works for me, and also gives me time to easily cancel if its confirmed the cashback won't work.
Not as good as the previous deal I don't think... But still the best deal around

It does mention EPP is excluded on the "help/support" page, but I'd argue with them that the terms are what I've agreed to, and play ignorant to the fact that I didn't need help after reading the terms, so didn't go to that page.
