So I assume this connects to the internet but I've been having issues with roku & fire sticks & 2 x switches connecting to the web yet phones & laptops work fine ... I don't wanna buy this then it's in usable due to not being able to connect to the web. Can I return if that's the case?

Sounds like there's a problem with your broadband rather than your devices

Also reading reviews it says additional apps can't be added like Disney etc? That seems a bit odd isn't that the whole point of a smart TV?
    Reuben_BM's avatar
No it's only the common smart apps like Netflix and prime video. The app store on this tv is quite bad

"I hear LG is a good brand"

They're OK, only one of the biggest and top 5 TV and panel brands.

I got the old deal and it's still going well. The app store isn't great but has a Roku sound bar now and it's fine although previously used sky apps so lots of options
