The code also seems to work on their sister brand SHARK website too, if anyone is after a Vacuum, Steam mop or hairdryer

Af300 is smaller than Af400 and AF451 which are very similar to each other however AF451 comes with a built in meat temperature probe. (edited)
    Ru8z's avatar
Thank you that helps! So no point paying more for AF451 unless you want a temp probe right.

Ordered, FYI Quidco cash back is at 12% bringing this to 143£

    Just used this, thanks.

Can someone please advise the difference in AF300,AF400 and I think there’s a AF450. Checked online but it doesn’t actually state what the difference is unless I’m not looking at the right place. I can see there’s a circle dial in one but other than what are there huge differences?
    MoneyMonkey's avatar
Slightly different control interface but the biggest difference is the volume in litres capacity. The higher the number the bigger they are.

Still debating how safe for us to cook food in it these things are... teflon materials. After watching Dark Waters ( 2019 movie ) I'm kinda scared... although teflon contaminated 99% of the planet "contents"...

Too late, there’s already loads of it in your body!

Ninja Realised too many were being sold with the 20% off code so decided they were out of stock. Hey presto, the elves made another batch overnight and they're back in stock now the code has expired. What an outfit!

Great price for a great product, get some silicon liners for the drawers on Amazon, saves on washing up and easier to clean, cooks everything and most ready meals fit as well, need some silicon tongs as well . We had the Tower 9 in 1 previously but this is world apart from that in practicability and build quality.
    Heat Added
    ScorpioJonesy's avatar
The liners are great. Just make sure you get the larger af400 sized as almost all the ones on Amazon will be the smaller af300 sized, which work fine but don't take advantage of the extra space

I've had the foodie max health grill for around 18 months now. Martin Lewis has done one of his deals recently. It may still be on offer. It's probably the best utensil I've bought. My bills have come down.
There's much more to these things than just cooking fast fast fast (chips and nuggets) I bake bread, cakes, biscuits. It's basically a replacement oven. But way better. I don't think you can get better than ninja.
I also never cook from frozen as it wastes money. Defrost overnight in fridge. You at least halve your cooking time and costs.
I also batch cook to save money.
    Deals_Galore's avatar
I agree. Apart from the need for a hob, these have eradicated my need for my oven.

After watching the video how to clean this machine, I changed my mind not to buy one of these, its really a pain to clean the fan part of the area....those of you who bought this one do keep clean after every single cook,I am not talking about the tray,I am talking about the heating element with fan on the top ...good luck
    BraddersJ's avatar
I'm interested to know why it needs to be kept spotless as you're suggesting?
As I've had my AF451 for nearly a year now, haven't cleaned it yet and I've yet to notice any problems...
  11. klabnix's avatar
is the meat probe worth the money?
    horace's avatar
Our Ninja (different model - AG551) has a meat probe. Definitely worth having IMO - our machine has presets for different meats, so you put the probe in (say) a steak, set the machine to 'rare' (or whatever your preference) and it will automatically stop cooking once the correct temperature is reached. My experience is perfectly cooked meat every time. It does an awesome roast chicken, too.

So yes, get the meat probe

cos everyone has one i suspect. Also instant brands (ones that do instant pot stuff) filing for administration/bankrupcy.

I guess we've all bought their stuff now lol.
  16. ayeworld's avatar
And once the voucher expired, surprise, surprise the air fryer that was out of stock is back in stock. A bunch of shysters.

    jungleboy123's avatar
what u mean? need to put the code DAD20 in for it to drop lol.
  18. quake.ee's avatar
Quidco 12% cashback also available. Let's see if it tracks with the code applied.
  19. gameinn's avatar
It sees to keep tumbling so I'll wait. I think Prime Day might be £149.99 for the AF400UK.
  20. reckoning's avatar
Highly recommend a Gourmia from Costco if you're unsure about these, I'd even get 2 over this. £44 is a steal.
    Ru8z's avatar
Yes I highly recommend the Gourmia as a single airfryer but ninja is the best double one out there.
  21. FREEZIN_WOLF's avatar
Paid about £120 a year ago.

I saw the deal, asked the Missus if she fancied one. She said no, we've already got an air fryer.

I ignored her and bought it anyway.
She loves it... And she loves it when I'm forceful
    Bluediamond28's avatar
I have a combined air fryer, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and multi tasker all round my mum is great
  22. newbie68's avatar
At last - prices I think are fair. Only taken over a year for them to reach a price worth buying.
  23. Psyurmh's avatar
Are returns free for unfaulty products? There seems to be conflicting information on the site. I bought recently for £200 so thinking of returning and buying again for £160 if they refuse to price match.
    welshwhizz's avatar
Interested to know what the answer is to this.
  24. Mrepg's avatar
Save 65% on energy bill mwhahahahahaaa utter nonsense.
    G0foste's avatar
It means 65% cheaper than using a conventional oven.

    Oos

My wife had said to me just the other day that she fancied one of these, so purchased the AF300UK for her today.

I'll even make it my fathers day gift from the family!

    Thanks OP!
  27. iamqwerty123's avatar
How is this a deal when you can already buy two airfryers for the same money or less? I spent about 50 quid I believe for a very good one at Costco (edited)
    ellie27's avatar
This one will probably be twice the size?
  28. mephestic's avatar
ordered this yesterday and its arrived today via dpd - yet to open it but the af400 box is microwave size looking... how am i going to explain this to the missus...
  29. Lenny_Humphreys's avatar
Pretty predictable they're back in stock. Wanted the ah400uk but settled for the ah300uk as that's all that was available last night. Hoping it's gonna be big enough for me, my misses and the 2 terrors

Is this good for cooking pizza?
    DOC1968's avatar
You can but you will need to cut it so it fits in the drawer
  37. 555gc8's avatar
Great timing & price ordered one, thanks.
  38. Taksim_Red's avatar
It's OK but takes almost twice as long cooking chips as my previous Phillips.
  39. Czubaka's avatar
Wow brilliant price! I absolutely love mine. It has been in use nearly daily in my household! I only now use oven for bread baking
