    Generally considered to not be a good idea as codes tend to be resold if not used within a certain timeframe

    Pretty sure if your sub has expired these will convert like-for-like into Game Pass Ultimate - in combo with a cheap 1 month trial code off eBay, so about 15 quid in total for 6+2 months of GPU (that's if you agree to auto renewal - just disable it after the transaction).

    My account was expired. I bought 18 months from CD keys, redeemed today ensuring after each code i turned off auto renew. I then bought in the bay for £5.85 a two month ultimate pass. Once I entered this code, it converted it all over to Ultimate. Im set till Feb 25!

    Yes, you can convert any length of time from 1 month all the way up to 3 years. Ideally, you should try to convert as much as you can as this conversion trick may not be around forever, so take as much advantage of it as you can

    Wait for your GPU to expire, then buy up to 3 years of Xbox Live Gold codes and enter those First once you have done that put in a 1 month live Ultimate Gamepass code which will then offer to convert all your Gold to Ultimate Gamepass.
    If you are doing 3 years worth then don't accept offers of an extra month.

    I've seen on previous threads, Microsoft themselves have said that 'retail codes' don't expire. Whatever that means.

    Ridiculously good price if you are looking to convert this to Game Pass Ultimate on a new/lapsed account. Buy 6 of these, redeem them onto your account, then buy a single month of GPU, redeem it and it will convert all of it to GPU at no additional cost. Potential to get 3 years of GPU for roughly £75 plus whatever your 1 month GPU code costs (usually around £5 on eBay) so about £80 in total and you're sorted for the next 3 years

    It would add to your GPU but at a lower rate not 1 to 1.
    Probably best to wait for your current Gamepass to run out and then do the Gold to Ultimate Gamepass conversion which will convert 1 to 1. (edited)

    OK, you can buy one at a time. Each one comes as 2 individual three month codes.

    I've bought 18 months worth, so three purchases via PayPal and now my bank has gone nuts, and has assumed my account has been hacked. Hmmm, thanks Cdkeys. If they let you add a few to your cart I'd be happier.

    no, this is 6 months of live gold (not ultimate). you get 2x 3 month codes, that is better. What you then do is redeem the first code for 3 months (you now have 3 months live gold). then you cancel auto renew, they will offer you one month free to turn it back on, so turn it back on (you now have 4 months live gold) then turn off auto renew. Then do the same again with next code for another 4 months (you now have 8 months). Now that you want Ultimate, you just need to buy one month and it will convert the whole period to ultimate, turn auto renew off for last time. This has been done by users I understand for a long time. Again they offer the one month for turning on auto renew so you will now be at a total of 10 months when only paid for 7. I hope this is correct, clear and helps. If Im missing something someone let me know. (edited)

    Cheers OP. Was tempted 2 weeks ago with similar deal but GPU didn’t expire until 2 days ago. Just did this and worked great. I stupidly accepted the free month on the first 3 month code though so converted 34 instead of 36 months (couldn’t use last 3 month code). However I think I can just wait a month or two and apply the 3 month code to convert at 50 days of GPU. Which should mean I’ve only lost 10 days or so. Anyone done this? (edited)

    Yes, you can stack these up, but to a maximum of 3 years.

    However, if you already have game pass ultimate, they will still stack, but you won’t get 6 months per topup. (edited)

    Vpn redeem works.i redeemed 3 years gold turkey version loads times using a vpn set to turkey on xbox dot com. £25.99. Convert to 36 months ultimate with 1 month uk ultimate. Current sub must be expired first.there a good company but you have to know what your doing first.

    Yea you can. Through Xbox app or web browser. Cloud gaming is decent if you have good internet. Will still occasionally some pixelation and blur as it’s streaming but generally it’s good

    Wouldn’t recommend getting these codes that early as codes usually get resold & reused and most of your codes could be used by then.
