    I think that your existing subscription needs to end before you can apply a new promotional period. I had the same problem when trying to get 3 months from curry's - had to wait until the subscription ended and then the code worked fine.

    "Only available to new subscribers" message for me. I think I redeemed a similar deal recently so maybe that's why.

    You just have to wait until the end of your subs. I was getting that message last week, then my current free trail ran out and tried it again this morning and it worked.

    If a free trial doesn’t work, I just create a new Apple ID, add it to the family sharing and set up the new trial on the new account.

    Then I can access it for free via the family account.

    Just remember to cancel before the trial ends and don’t lose the details for the new account. (edited)

    You viewing on Roku? Agreed when I used that but now on lg tv app and far better. Some really great content on there, my favourite streaming service this year

    This is not a hot deal, don't waste your new subscriber privileges on 1 month when there is a 5-month floating around.  You can also find 3 months when you sign directly from your smart TV.
