It was just the wheel brush, which is very cheap anyway but was a good kit all in.
Now going through process to see if it's partial compensation etc via PayPal.
The box was badly packaged on arrival, I do wonder did they send it out without taping around the opening, stuff was taken out at courier centers and then taped up to look like Turtle Wax had sent it out fully sealed but missing parts.
Really shoddy service on their part though, best to drive down their score on trustadvisor as this clearly wasn't an isolated case.
Seems like a courier/delivery issue, which unfortunately we have very little control over once this leaves our warehouse.
