ASICS Novablast 3 LITE-SHOW Running Shoes The NOVABLAST 3 LITE-SHOW running shoe draws inspiration from a geometric origami feature for the upper and midsole. After making the shoe approx. 30g lighter than the previous version, we also equipped this style with improved comfort. This iteration features reflective details that are strategically positioned to improve visibility when running in low-light settings.

Jacquard Mesh Upper
Enhancing the comfort and breathability of your feet, the Novablast 3 Running Shoes have a jacquard mesh upper, ensuring a constant flow of air enters your shoes, allowing your feet to remain cosy at all times. Not only this, but the mesh construction ensures that feet won't overheat, and wicks moisture rapidly to prevent feet from getting sweaty and uncomfortable. The shoes also have a tongue wing construction, which helps to improve the fit and reduces tongue movement when running.

This component is reinforced with a more supportive heel design to help guide the foot with more control through your gait cycle. Alongside this, a traditional lace-up system keeps your foot locked in and secure, reducing in-shoe slippage from occurring. The shoes also have reflective details to help improve visibility in low-light training conditions. At least 75% of the shoe's main upper material is made with recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions.

FF BLAST PLUS Midsole
The midsole of the Novablast 3 Running Shoe has had an upgrade from the previous Novablast model and has been constructed using FlyteFoam Blast Plus cushioning which provides the perfect balance of lightweight and rebound properties. These layers of protection, bounce, and comfort provide you with unmatched shock absorption and a lively ride. Its reinforced, organic fibres let the material bounce back to its original shape after every run, so you can train harder, more frequently, for longer without the worry your shoes might not be able to take it.

Additionally, the shoes have a removable sockliner, supplying your feet with an extra layer of cushioning, and have also been produced with solution dyeing which reduces water usage, and carbon emissions. Finishing the upper of the shoes reflective details have been included, making these perfect for low light conditions such as early morning or late night runs through the winter months.

AHAR Outsole
A trampoline-inspired AHAR Rubber Outsole provides twice the abrasion resistance of the traditional outsole rubber, for improved durability without sacrificing properties like traction. Supreme grip and traction are guaranteed with the AHAR outsole. ASICS' high abrasion rubber is a tough rubber compound used in heavy-contact or high-wear areas helping to cut down on excessive wear.

The high abrasion outsole provides a strong grip and works to protect itself from damage, and protect users from losing control and slipping. Creating a strong bond with the ground beneath it, the outsole allows you to stay in full control at all times.

How are these in comparison to the Pegasus 39s? They're my usual everyday non race running shoe

I've just switched from 10 years of running in zoom pegasus to these and had PBs in my 5k and 10k since. I absolutely love them, just bought a spare via this deal.

Been waiting for these to drop in price.

Grabbed the regular 3’s for £67 last year and 600KM later they are my go-to shoes for easy/long runs.

Oh, and shout-out to the Higher State Trail 2-in-1 shorts. £9.99 (and cheaper with the discount) is a damn steal. (edited)

As an FYI, the Lite-show model is the slightly weatherised one, so best used for wet conditions. It may be a bit warm during the summer.

ASICS Lite-Show is just about reflecting light in dark conditions so one can be seen.

"Reflective details help improve visibility in low-light settings"

There should be no difference in usage/grip or warmth in summer vs a normal novablast 3

I've bought the Ride 15s recently and I've not really enjoyed running in them to be honest. They are a bit too firm for my liking for a daily shoe. I've had them recommended by running Twitter but I've reverted back to a new pair of Pegs 39. Maybe it's just me

Mizuno is years behind competition at the moment. The only exciting shoe they have released recently is the Wave Rebellion Pro but that's a racing shoe.

Really nice running shoes, perfect in dry weather. Not a great deal of grip so be cautious in the wetter weather! I wore mine running the London Marathon in April. Just an all around nice running shoe.

Now if they can drop these to the same price please

    Really nice comfy shoes.

Please note they will not accept returns if worn once!

I ordered my usual size and should have paid more attention to their note saying normally the size is 1/2 too big, now cannot return or exchange it.

It needs to be in “perfect condition with tags”

If anyone has a size 10 in these I may be interested, just curious on the sizing though as I normally wear a 10 in Nikes and wasn't sure if these run big/small?

    Nev92
I realise there's none in stock now but if it helps for the future, you'll likely want 9.5. I'm a size 10 in these and a 10.5 in Nikes (Peg 39).
