Please note Community Fibre are not regulated by Ofcom.

They dont have an online account portal so you cannot view bills or your account online.

I cancelled my account with CF as I was paying for 500mb fibre but was receiving 30mb !!!

What was the cancellation process like? Did they offer you any incentives to stay? Thanks

    "better internet for everyone".
    London only.
Perhaps their idea of the spread of populace is not as accurate as it could be

It is so much better than anything else in the area.

They are doing deals with landlords that own housing estates to just install the fibre around their areas.

Then doing stupidly cheap deals for 1gb speeds up and down. Been using there service for about 18 ish months and it's been really good.

I hate having Virgin as the sole provider in my area. These guys or someone else offering 1gig up/down need to get here pronto

Had Community Fibre installed a few weeks back, but I've found the Wi-Fi signal from the Linksys kit they supply is rubbish. Is it just me or does anyone else have issues with Wi-Fi?

You can always purchase another Atlas Pro 6 (if this is what they gave you) and make use of the mesh capaiblity. This made a massive improvment when i was on talk talk, and im still using my orignal mesh router i bought (Deco M5) with my new CF.

I did run a few test with the Atlas Pro 6 when it my CF was first instlled and i was getting impresive speeds. I would have purchased addional Atlas Pro 6's if i didnt have my current mesh network.

FYI, they do offer a a "Wifi in every room" for £10 a month, as far as i know they will supply you with the addional devices. If you get to keep the devices at the end of 24month then this could be worth it. Alternativly, you can keep an eye out for some deals

My contract with them is ending soon. I doubt they will offer me renewal anywhere close to this. Can I just let my contract end and sign up with this or is it for new customers only?

I called them last year, and they switched me to a new deal straight away on the phone without any questions asked.

Everyone who lives in London and pays highest council tax along with higher cost of living to get some of the benefits such as high speed internet. That’s what they mean.

As I've commented before I think, I don't know how but try and find a rep in your area. My rep was knocking on doors on my street and that's how I found mine. He gave me 8 months free which I find is better than doing the whole cashback/giftcard stuff

Really wish I could take advantage of these deals. CF have started cabling up the area but have yet to finish the job. Fibre has been tied up in a loop hanging off the pole for months. Cabinet has been fully provisioned by the looks of it. Hopefully they will finish the job soon. Around my way the choices are VM (hit and miss depending on which part of the street you are on) and really slow FTTC

Make sure to go through the links properly to get the top cashback and the gift card.

Been 2 months and seen neither so far so paying a good bit more then I would have liked.

tempted for this but I'm wondering is it better to get broadband as part of an "all in" package so you actually have sky + sports channels. This is a great BB deal but I'll still need content to make use of it.

nvm , I'm in zone 2 and they're not in my area yet, neiter are hyperoptic despite both having signed contracts with the council. (edited)

I think it would be much cheaper in the long term to have internet separate from TV.

Sky Stream (includes Entertainment already) + Sports = £46 (then add on internet, this for example; effective £12.75p/m, so £58.75 a month in total).

If you added sky internet to an "all-in-one" you'd have to pay a lot more. Maybe closer to £80? (edited)

Heard some awful reviews from friends and they aren't regulated by Ofcom so nobody to complain to about the issues

you lucky lucky ppl having this in your area. I get redirect to CityFibre and have the choice of the following:

    • Vodafone
    • TalkTalk
    • GIGAnet
    • Zen internet
    • Fibreshop
    • Octaplus
    • No one
    • Yayzi
    • idnet
    • facto
    • A&A
    • Link

All apparently will offer speeds up to 900Mbps for my postcode

Currently have a bundle with Sky that is due for renewal, £34.50 for 61Mbps, it did only cost £18 for the first 18months but that promotion has now ended so looking to switch. Any recommendations?

Out of that list, I would pick A&A over anyone. They are a proper, technical ISP and get great reviews by technical people.

Suspect they will be more expensive than some of the others
