    Fire Emblem Heroes app. You get 100 points per chapter. If you choose auto-battle and disable animations you should be able to get 1,000 every hour by just pressing a few times and letting it run its course for a few minutes at a time. You could also earn a quick 300 by installing and linking the Animal Crossing app. (edited)

    Found out the other day that unclaimed quest platinum points for fire emblem expire if you don't redeem.

    I knew platinum points expired after 6 months but thought I was cheating the system by playing loads of fire emblem and then leaving the points unclaimed until I needed them, but when I looked the other day some only had 3 days left to claim

    You don't need a Switch, and signing up for a nintendo account it easy since you just need an email and password and a way to pay.

    As for making points, you get them from playing the android/iOS mobile games Mario Run, Fire Emblem Heroes and Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, all free to play.

    I dont have the jar, but I can see the points from the points overview screen. It shows 240 points, but none from Animal crossing or Fire Emblem, but 110 from Super Mario now. (edited)

    If you are a Nintendo switch online subscriber open the nintendo online portal app on the console to see missions that you can carry out to earn points every month. E.g. Playing a game with online functionality or say playing a certain game (changes every month.)

    I'd been waiting for the Zelda keyring to come back in stock but figured by the time it does this still be out of stock.

    For £1.99 postage is a steal though. It's far cheaper since they started dispatching from the UK rather than paying £7 or so when it shipped from Germany. The only Brexit Bonus I wonder?

    Look in the OP for various ways, it should be possible to accrue enough after signing up and downloading a few free mobile games.

    I have the Animal Crossing DoDo airlines bag. Whilst I love the design, the handles are just too short to stick over your shoulder, so from a practical point of view, these bags aren't much good.

    Platinum points aren't linked to the Switch as such, the points are gained by linking accounts and downloading free Nintendo mobile games. You don't need to own any Nintendo console to get the My Nintendo rewards at all. There's ways of getting points in the OP, you could set up a new account today and quite easily gain 600 platinum points (edited)

    Did that for me on google chrome, I logged out and logged in again on MS edge and it worked, might be worth a try on a diff browser.

    Are you manually collecting the points? you have to manually turn the mission in on THIS website, then log out and back in again on the rewards site to get updated total.

    It's easy to download the smartphone games and link your Nintendo account

    If you do this for Animal Crossing Pocket Camp you get 300

    Super Mario Run you get 100 and if you add 1 friend another 100

    Fire Emblem Heroes you get 100

    That's 600 without actually playing any (edited)
