    I had an issue taking a friends car to the garage where it would stall very easily and required jump starting each time. Unlikely example but i was glad I had a similar device

    Worked a charm when I needed it. My battery fully died so couldn't hold a charge longer than 1h or 3 starts on its own. Was using gooloo for 2 weeks jumpstarting it everytime before I could get it sorted. Imagine carrying jump cables, lol not me.

    By all accounts looking at previous deals this is a great price even if it is a bit over-specced for most

    I suppose it's a classic distress purpose, but I absolutely do need one of these after a recent experience

    For years, I have always carried jump start cables deep in the boot. I fear, if I buy this, like the cables, will never be in a situation to use it.

    12V @ 3000A would be 36KW flowing through them cables that look like speaker wires. A ring main cable in your house is only rated to ~3.25KW.

    Yeah, they look like 16mm2 cables max. You’d need at least 70mm2 at 0.25m circuit to withstand 3000a.

    Very handy for older cars but An incorrect jumpstart may disable the Start/Stop system and may require you to take your car to a dealership for further assessmen. Always read owners hand book to check that it's safe to do.safetykitsplus.com/blo…car (edited)

    Bought this a couple of weeks ago at £65. I did an online chat with Amazon about refunding me the difference which they refused and said I would need to return the item and then reorder at the new price which I am now doing 🤷🏻‍♂️ I am now getting Royal Mail to collect the old one (for free) and getting the new one delivered next day by Amazon for free to save £15. Why oh why could Amazon not have just refunded me the difference and save me time and them money and also help save the planet!
