Same brand, £1 more, nearly double the capacity (10,000mAh): amzn.eu/d/7E57FhB (edited)

It honestly depends what you're after. If you are after pure capacity for money then this is not the product for you. Like you say that 10,000mAh battery would be a much better choice.

For me I wanted a pocketable battery pack with USB-C. Ideally from a decent brand as I want something decent quality (a lot of no-name brands have very questionable ACTUAL capacity).
This fit the bill for me. It won't for everyone!

Doesn't seem like a very good price for a 5200mah. Usually you get 3-4x the capacity for that price.

Yeah you can get more capacity for the money certainly. I guess what you're really paying for is the brand name (ie it's more likely that it's ACTUALLY the headline capacity). The fact it can charge devices from both the USB A and C ports (and comes in including a carry bag and short USB C cable) makes it a nice package.

Good price for a well known brand! As an iPhone 12 mini user I think this would charge my phone twice!

5200mAh can be as much as a phone holds.. So you're getting a single phone charge for £16.99

Well you're probably getting thousands of phone charges for £16.99

I don't like the price, I don't like that it is low speed. The brand is good. I see people comparing with 10k power banks. I think people who want 5k are looking at small form factor, so no comparison with 10k. Also, Anker is a good, reliable brand. The power bank will deteriorate slower in comparison with unknown brands. It will hold charge for longer. And the specs are not made up. So, there is no point comparing with random brands. However, I said it before. Decent brands such as Aukey, Tecknet, Ugreen, Baseus sell up to date higher specs at a lower price than Anker. Lots of devices from Anker are obsolete while the price is premium.

Oh I agree. I'd like quicker and cheaper also! However in this case at least it's USB-C (so not obsolete). Also do any of those other brands you listed even make a 5000 mAh battery pack? So far I've not found any other 5000 battery packs from well known brands even available (let alone cheaper)
