If you take whey to complement your healthy lifestyle then it doesn't make sense to take these artificially sweetened flavoured wheys...plus they have emulsifiers in them.

There is growing evidence that both are bad for your health in particular to gut biome .

Personally, when I used whey i'd get the unflavoured..then sprinkle some Ceylon cinnamon powder in it, in the mixer (you only need a smidge) to have a cinnamon latte type flavour ..but most of the time I was fine just with unflavoured
