Why I don't see messages like "bought 5 for eBay" here?

Puberty has to hit sometime. Probably stalking the women's underwear deals instead and saying things like "phwoooar".

Would love a planet ocean but barely use/enjoy a watch these days.

I have a PO as well as a few others. I’m old school and wear a watch every day unless I’m running/ sports when I wear a tracker. The PO (IMHO) is the best watch in the world. I actually enjoy looking at it. I bought mine as ex display from Berry’s in Nottingham 15 years ago for £1050.

Hell of a price, but this was the reduced version right? Still tempted by the seamaster tho...

They also have Tissot PRX at £240 and the automatics at £435. May not be the cheapest ever, but still good.

I also picked up a Bulova lunar pilot from John Lewis today for under £330

Was that an in-store reduction because I'm not seeing anything online?

Since Micheal Hyman, who owns the shop, lost his Rolex contract for discounting Rolex's, the shop has been selling so many other watches at deep discounts. Reputable dealer, always known in Blackpool for doing a good deal.

All being discounted as the range being replaced - omega are losing a lot of market share and their pricing is out of control imo

Over the years they have seriously ramped up their prices. They are nice but not that nice - ranges area bit overdone and gauche (edited)

What’s the cheapest you can get a moonphase?
    bobski27's avatar
    bobski27
I queued outside the shop for over 2 hours on the day the sale launched wanting to buy a Moonphase which was was discounted from £10,600 to £6,900.

Someone who was no more than 3-4 people in front bought it instead. Hurts to this day.

This company is closing down and these are last few watches they have. Don’t think there’s a set closing date, just when the owner decides he’s had enough.

Looking for that elusive blue dial seamaster on metal bracelet sub 4.5k.

The black and blue dial Seasalter were around £2.3-7k. Few years ago. Was interested then but now really expensive

Was intrigued and after sleeping on it for a few days I ordered a TAG Monaco. To get a 25% discount is something that I couldn't let go. Will go nicely next to my Heuer Silverstone. Many thanks OP

Another thank you to the OP. managed to get a seamaster 300m diver for a little over £3k. Absolutely delighted with it-after a moonwatch, it's my next favourite omega. And at that price it feels pretty risk-free, I doubt i would take a huge loss if I wanted to move it on

    how did u manage that ? Seamaster 300 was £4.2k wasn't it ?
