better than the HD 10 but Google TV requires the cache to be cleared all the time and it forgets the films you have downloaded, really annoying when preparing the tablet for kids on a long trip, like really annoying

4gb ram and Octa-core processor makes no sense lol

4gb ram in 2023...especially for a tablet lol

I wonder how I survive with 3gb ram and my kids with 2gb ram. 4gb ram is more than sufficient, but it depends on what you do with the tablets. Those with higher needs will not look at £100-200 tablets.

Looks like Amazon are heading in the right direction, towards more capable tablet specs.

I'm stuck between this, the Honor X9 or the Lenovo P11 (g2)......I like the look of this, but I'm not a fan of the old OS and being stuck in Amazon world.

How do the P11 and X9 compare? All the different cpu names is getting confusing!

Not done it personally as I'm still not sure whether or not to grab one but having been looking up some youtube videos it seems its just as easy as on the other fireos tablets.

    This or p11 (gen2)?

Depends how much you hate amazon app store. For most people p11 would be more practical just because of that. Only battery looks better at kindle.
Still if fire is for kids it could be a good choice.

Anyone got any thoughts on the screen ratio? It looks really narrow.. I'm guessing books, comics, will maybe look squashed?
