I'm keeping well away from anything that has 'Aspartame' in it.
I know researches say you have to have a lot of it which could lead to cancer, but I'd rather not take the risk.
Even if there is a slight chance, why would anyone continue to consume 'Pop' with 'Aspartame' in it?

    I hear you Tony.

After thinking I might have MS for a while, many years ago, but investigations thankfully came back negative, my genius brother, told me a guy he worked with had similar symptoms and discovered he had an aspartame allergy. (I'd previously been drinking copious amounts of diet cola, as part of a diet.)

Turns out so did I and I read numerous articles telling me about the huge number of USA citizens who had been diagnosed with MS but actually didn't have it, they had aspartame allergy.

My next shop, I decided to go aspartame free. My usual 45 minute shop took over 4 hours. I didn't realise how much of the stuff I'd been consuming. It's in everything from salad cream to yoghurt, to chewing gum. I think at the time only Vimto didn't contain it, as a fizzy drink. We've been consuming the stuff in almost everything off the shelves for years.

Anyone else get theirs delivered yet? I ordered 8 bottles and they put 1 bottle per box, plus loads of paper padding the boxes out!
Last time I ordered 9 bottles of pepsi max and they came in 3 boxes. No clue why they didn't do that this time as it was the same size bottles and boxes!
