sorted byPlace on a low heat just enough to dry then apply veg oil with a tissue.
Heat until smoking and oil has burned off.
Now seasoned and ready for use.
After use clean with hot water if necessary, place on a low heat just enough to dry then apply a very light coat veg oil with a tissue before storage.
Didn't need one, didn't even think about one, but saw it, and decided, hmmm, perhaps I do need one after all.......
