I've tried to pay with cryptopay and it says my credit card has expired, but it isn't. Has PSN clocked on? Anyone with the same issue. Any insight or alternative is appreciated.

You probably don't have enough money to pay for the transaction and the small fees.

Not for a while yet. Microsoft hasn't even bought Activision yet. The US seems to be a done deal as the FTC appeal to stop it has been denied after it was approved earlier this week by the US Court.

The CMA in the UK has denied it so far, but Microsoft is appealing and has until the end of August to submit their case.

So even if the CMA does allow the buyout you're potentially looking at months and months before anything is finalised. If Microsoft fails and the CMA still blocks it, then Microsoft could still buh Activision and treat the UK as a separate market and either stop selling Activision games altogether or not have any on Gamepass.

We also don't know if CoD will be blocked in being on Gamepass. Older games would probably be ok, but I can't see Sony wanting CoD being on Gamepass Day one.

Long story short, if you want to play the game and play multiplayer, then it's probably worth buying the game rather than waiting. If you fancy just blasting through the campaign and not touching multiplayer, then hold out.

Apologies for being dumb. What's the latest method that works to do this?

Assume I need to create a new PSN user with an email, put the location as turkey.

Then what payment method should I use?

Has anyone found that they can't resubscribe to PlayStation Plus via their Turkey account now? I can buy games fine, but since my PS Plus Extra expired, I can't renew - I just receive the unexpected error 😞
