    I have this appliance.

    • Output Power (Microwave)900 W.

    • The 1400 as advertised is possibly misleading. This is the power outage.

    • the gauge on the microwave goes to 900.

      The appliance is very good.

    • however Samsung customer care is worse than poor.

    • if you need a technician to look at the appliance, they wanted to charge £45. Irrelevant of what the issue was.

There are several other issues with Samsung customer care. I got a refund on my appliance. It took six weeks from start to finish.

The process to deal with warranty issues and refund were stressful. It made me ill.

To clarify, 1400w is the stated power consumption on Microwave, not output (I assume you meant output, not outage).

    • Output Power (Microwave)900 W
    • Power Consumption (Microwave)1400 W
    • Power Consumption (Grill)1500 W
    • Power Consumption (Convection)2100 W
    • Power Consumption (Max)2900 W

Also if you have spent a lot at Samsung the last few years they are moving people on to samsung rewards plus and giving a 50 pounds worth of reward points. I received mine an hour ago so may want to wait a little while to see if you get it as well

Having missed out on the cheap oven a week ago which I was gutted about because we want to get the kitchen redone this year or next but I don't mind storing it in the shed until it's time, they currently have an offer on where if you buy 2 products you get 20% off and a 25% for 3.

Still have my large Samsung Combi Microwave from about 15 years ago, huge and weird when you see one those small ones

I bought a few months ago, quite happy with, only thing I hate it makes buzzing noise if using conventional oven mode..apart from that it's perfect

Could you confirm what the highest fan assisted over temp is please? We currently have one that goes up to 240C but looking at the specs this only goes to 200C? Which seems quite low as some food stuff needs 220C

Anyone got one of these? does the micro get a cup of tea roasting in a minute?.
I had a MC28M6055CW which was great until it broke then i bought a new samsung solo which seems underpowered at 800w versus the MC28M6055CW.

Your response could be seen as bring one dimensional.
To the best of my knowledge the fact that this post is the cheapest that you can by this unit for,if you compare apples with apples would also be relevant. ( I’ll quantify that I can’t find it cheaper)

Secondly how to you quantify/gauge the fact that this is not a “huge deal”
