100 international calling minutes are applicable to the USA only. Any other destination outside will be charged on standard international calling rates.

£10 per month for 20gb after the honeymoon period of 3 months if one decides to carry on and dare I say many canny HUKD users won't, is expensive to say the least. You can pick up the same amount of data, 20gb, for £6.95 for ongoing Lebara accounts. Yes you heard it right, please don't ask me for the link, just search! (edited)

Have you got a link, please?

If you listen to anything I post on this site listen to this do not use this company I am currently taking them to the ombudsmen there customer service is attrocious. They messed up my port, one agent told me he was a manager to later claim he wasnt. I was told I would receive compensation only if I removed my TP review. They even told me if you do not like the service you can go elsewhere.

Thanks for the advice I'll stick with Lebara

Avoid these and Now Mobile (same company) at all costs, absolutely useless. Here’s all the issues I've seen:

    1. They have a major technical limitation where 5G and 4G data drops to 3G if you make a voice call.
    2. I transferred my number to them via PAC number but it never updates on the web account portal.
    3. Automatic payment just stopped working which killed my data and people could no longer call me.
    4. Their support staff just outright lie to get you off calls, I heard about three different stories when I called about the first issue until one of them finally admitted it’s a limitation their end.

Clearly a very immature company with a lot of issues at the moment, I’m surprised EE are entertaining it to be honest as it makes them look bad. (edited)

I am hoping EE intervene I tried to get in touch with there head office to discuss it further I have been in customer service 18 years and have never had service as bad as what I had with them. I have set up whole customer service departments and every thing that you can do wrong they are doing.

Still waiting for 1p mobile to come up with 50gb for £12 or less... Cmon 1p!

Lycamobile now uses EE (same as 1p mobile), could you not just grab their 100gb for £10 option? (edited)

£3 a month I think....until the annual price rise. Sounds too good to be true!

It does indeed. Perhaps a dead cert to go down the pan at some stage

Does anyone understand their 1p tariff? The minimum topup is 2.50 for 30 days. The info says 30 day or the credit runs out. So does that mean a minimum of £2.50 a month? If so, it a lot worse than other £2.50 deal of 1GB + 100 minutes.

When you activate the Penny Pro plan it lasts for 30 days. You then have to manually renew it or otherwise you will be charged their standard PAYG rates. As far as I know topup credit doesn't expire, assuming your account remains active.

Avoid they are just in it for the quick buck

On any bundle or what you choice they will hidden charge you. I enabled the sim and I switch off the auto top up and they still charge me £15. Please be aware

That's the the trouble with likes of Talkhome and Lyca. It's best to pay with PayPal and hope that there is recourse to correction.
