A Rapoo silent mouse is better and cheaper IMHO....

I must have baby hands ... "...and is small enough to toss in a bag and go". I use the M185, which is a small mouse. If I remember correctly, the M220/240 and M185 is the same size.

    So in summary:
    • The M185 is marginally longer than the M220 by 0.2 inches.
    • Other dimensions are virtually identical.
    • Shape and contour are very similar.
So while not exactly the same size, they are extremely close and likely feel about the same size in the hand during use. The slightly longer length of the M185 is a minor difference. So in general, the Logitech M220 and M185 can be considered very close to the same size.- Claude AI

Might also be worth considering the new-ish M240 model which is currently £14.99, as its silent but also features bluetooth (Unlike the M220, which only works with the included 2.4GHz USB receiver) However note that the M240 does not come with a USB receiver, but apparently it is compatible with a Logitech Bolt receiver (Sold seperately, or comes bundled with select Logitech devices) (edited)

A lot of the newer laptops don't have USB-A, so we had to go for a bluetooth mouse, which is pretty good as it will connect to 2 different devices by flicking the switch underneath
