I used to live in a 10 bedroom mansion with servants and a fleet of Bentleys. Now, directly as a result of your posts, I’m now living in a dilapidated shed, surrounded by a load of great priced electrical stuff.
It’s too much to resist and I’m only human.
I figure Sony’s might sound better, have long battery and product life, be more comfortable for regular wearing at home/office, any thoughts?
Does anyone know if these are the ones that can work effectively as a hearing aid? By boosting external sounds, or something.

More technical articles. These were for the first generation "Apple AirPods Pro" but I think the "2's" will be similar.

For anyone sitting on the fence I recently changed my Gen 1 pods pro for these - £209 on Prime Day @ Amazon.
This is a great price and I have to say the difference between Gen 1 and Gen 2 particularly in NC is very noticeable.
Also the ability to find them with the beeping case (and surprisingly loud individual buds) is a fantastic feature.
If you’ve been thinking of upgrading from Gen 1 to Gen 2 then it’s is a great price and I’m sure you won’t regret it (edited)
If you have Apple TV, Macbook, iMac, iPad, iPhone then AirPods are an ideal add-on. The seamless swapping between devices depending on what you’re listening to or taking calls on, is brilliant. You pair them with your iPhone then they automatically become available to all your other devices with iCloud signed in.
Nope. In my experience it's very difficult to get Currys to price match at all.
The only reason I'm going to hold off is that I need a new phone and the new iPhone is going to be USB-C, these are expected to be re-released with a USB-C case.
