I wouldn't waste my time, personally. Marathon plus are pretty much bulletproof, wear well and give reasonable grip. The problem is, they're horrible to fit, they're a harsh ride and they're not cheap, but I've yet to find anything better!

I've only seen this brand on amazon and have never seen their tyres come up with any review sites. I'm all for savimg a few quid when it comes to my bike, but not on tyres!

"Any other tyre I would have had to dismount" - have you ridden Marathon Plus's?

Can anyone advise whether 35c tyres can be fit to my bike, which uses standard 32c tyres? I suspect it should fit, but would appreciate a feedback from those more experienced!

Yes you will be fine mate with 35c tyres . I have 35c on my Boardman hybrid rims that look more like a road bike's rim ...I'm actually going to put a 37c on my rear wheel for bikepacking .

I’ve used the 35mm Marathon Plus Touring on my cyclocross bike for the Wiltshire canal path for almost 900 miles and not a single puncture. They are slow and heavy but as mentioned bullet proof.

I believe these are generic tyres sold by different companies (I may be wrong), for example what looks like the same tyres from Vandorm are on ebay including tubes for £19.98, link below. I would recommend Schwalbe Marathon range myself - these (apparently) generic ones sold by different companies get mixed reviews...
