How does this compare in quality to a genuine Nintendo Pro-controller? My brother is always telling me to get a Pro controller, but all I’ve ever used is Joy-Cons, which I really don’t mind.

Otherwise take a look at the 8BitDo Bluetooth controllers. The Ultimate controller is a superb alternative to the formal Pro version for about two thirds of the price. Better d-pad too

Just to echo what others have said: these are great controllers. I've had numerous issues with official pro controllers and controllers from 'PowerA' where the signal seems to drop intermittently for milliseconds at a time (very noticeable during games). I've never had that issue with this controller for some reason. I'm quite picky about controllers and this one has been great.
